Why Does Autumn Lead to Depression?
Depression in the fall is not uncommon. Many factors can play a role in this dance with sadness. Shortening days, waning sun, changing weather – all this can affect our emotional state. From time to time, I feel my energy going away, and with it, joy.

🍁 Salvation in Small Things
However, I found salvation in the little things. In taking care of yourself, in creating comfort around you, in doing small things that bring joy. It can be warm drinks, cozy blankets or even just walking in the autumn rains. Step by step, I began to find my moments of happiness in this autumn gray world.

🍁 Why tell?
I decided to share my story because I know I'm not alone in this. Many of us are going through autumn depressions, and sometimes just a sense of solidarity can be the beginning of the path to healing.
If autumn brings you not only joy, but also heaviness, remember that you have the right to take care of yourself. Give yourself permission for small joys and maybe together we can turn this season into something wonderful.
