Yes Yes! Everyone has “spicy” dreams. It's not a matter of age or gender differences - both girls and boys see erotic pictures or scenes with their own participation. Why do you have erotic dreams?
There are several theories. Part is based on the physiological reactions of the body. We dream of everything, not just erotic ones, exclusively during the “fast” phase of night rest. It is characterized not only by eye movement under closed eyelids, but also by an increase in blood pressure - everywhere, including in the genitals. They become more sensitive, the brain perceives these signals - and shows us dreams that are associated with sensory experiences.

If sleep goes into the slow phase, most likely you won’t remember it the next morning. If you are woken up during a quick one, even the details will be remembered.

The second aspect and possible reason for the appearance of erotic dreams also concerns physiology - namely, the genitourinary system. During the night's rest, the body continues to function: the bladder naturally fills, and as the morning approaches, it becomes increasingly difficult for the body to ignore the urge to go to the toilet. Most often we wake up in these situations. But not always - and at this moment boys and girls may have an erotic dream. It causes a reaction in the reproductive system that temporarily neutralizes the urge to get up and go to the restroom.

If you dreamed of a stranger or a stranger, this does not mean that you actually experience carnal desires. Rather, it means that some of your sides and character traits cannot manifest themselves in everyday life; you are not trying to find contact with yourself.
