I analyzed my thoughts recently and gained a sudden insight. The most significant feeling was related to expanding the boundaries of my inner beliefs. I understood the most important thing: everything depends only on you. Regardless of whether you have a family, a husband with children of different ages, or a busy work schedule, you can always choose yourself! Just by clearly planning everything and not inventing any excuses, not being afraid to feel and live your best life. Because everything that happens around you is exactly what you choose for yourself. You choose your path. You decide whether to suffer or rejoice in life, to play the role of a victim and make sacrifices in every sphere of life, or to take risks and defend your boundaries and desires.

Sometimes it is difficult, even very challenging, especially if you grew up in a post-Soviet society, and your upbringing was quite strict. You are trained to react and relate to the world in a completely different way. You can simply accept it, shrug your shoulders, and complain, or you can take responsibility for your 'today' and change it. It is challenging to contain all those impressions and restore the accuracy of all the events that happened during the last three months, but the only thing I know for sure is that growth happens through pain. You have to go down to the darkest bottom, zero in, get clean so that your lungs are filled with the purest air and surface in the most beautiful harbor you can imagine.

During these three months, I swung from the most wonderful emotions in recent times to the worst. I experienced the worst panic attack of my life. I felt a lot of pain and had questions about the universe. But it's a crazy experience.

Therefore, my dear friend, if you have read this far, I hug you as tightly as I can and remind you that everything changes. Behind the black line, there is always white, even if it is just a few shades of gray. Let your challenging condition be an inspiration for you because crazy changes are waiting for you. I hug.
