The consumer world is cruel?
id: 10054064

Not so long ago I attended a concert of my favorite artist. Everything was going smoothly until suddenly something went wrong. The singer began to lose his rhythm, to lose his way. His health suddenly became ill.😔

And so, instead of showing sympathy and support, what are many of us doing? Yes, you guessed right. We take out our smartphones and start filming what is happening. It seems to have become an integral part of our life: the event happened, and you need to capture it for your Instagram story or something else. But what if it's more than just an "event"?🤔🤔🤔

And now a singer experiencing difficulties on stage finds himself in the spotlight not with a stream of support, but with a stream of laughter and ridicule. After all, we live in a world where every unfortunate moment can be recorded and uploaded to the Internet, turning into an object of universal mocking discussion.

Another thing that amazes me is how people, instead of expressing their support, complain and hand over tickets. Yes, maybe you were expecting a great show, but there is a real person behind the scenes with his joys and pains. Instead of judging him for a moment of weakness, let's think about how we would feel in his place.😌

The consumer world becomes more and more cruel when we forget about humanity in art. The performer on stage is not a puppet created for our entertainment. This is a person experiencing joys and difficulties, just like us. Let's return art to its true meaning - the opportunity to share human experience and create a real connection between us, instead of turning every performance into an evaluation trial.😉😉

Be kind to each other, and remember that in the consumer world we all play our part, but humanity should be at the center of our attention.☺️☺️
