If you look a little deeper, then for me the Meaning of Life is Simply To Be. And that's all. There is no idea to change the world, people, save someone or achieve something. And Just Be.
A person consists of many aspects:
We have a physical Body.
We consist of Feelings, ordinary senses: sight, smell, hearing, tastes, tactile sensations and so on. Why are feelings placed separately from the body, since this is a fairly important ability of the body and it differs from person to person, despite the similarity of bodies.
We are made up of abstract Feelings - this is the ability to feel people, the ability to feel time, place, beauty, honesty, intuition. These are feelings for which we do not have sensory organs.
We are made up of the mind. The Mind is our instrument, just like the hands of the physical body, so a person has a Mind. The mind is the space where we can observe thoughts. And the Mind is a receiver of thoughts. That is, the Mind is like an airport, where millions of thoughts arrive and fly away every second, they fly away, and some of them linger and remain with us, some we use, and some we use from time to time.
And we consist of Attention. Attention connects all parts of a Person together, which makes a Person whole. And now, for most people, our attention is automatically directed to the Mind, we are taught this way from childhood, our attention is automatically directed to the Mind and Thoughts. And then there is no balance, a imbalance occurs and the Person suffers from this chaos of thoughts, and these thoughts determine our reactions, behavior and states.
So it turns out that the meaning of life is to live your life, feel your life and interact.
