My passion for oral surgery began at university, where I immersed myself in the study of oral anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. It was fascinating to learn how each part of the mouth interacts with the others, and the complex processes involved in chewing, speaking, and even just smiling.
However, my real immersion in dental surgery began during my specialization. I trained in a variety of surgical techniques, being amazed by their accuracy and impact on the health and well-being of patients. From the removal of difficult wisdom teeth to facial reconstructive surgery after injury, each case presents a unique challenge and opportunity to help the individual.
But surgical dentistry for me is not only about technical skill. It is the art of creating smiles and restoring confidence and comfort to patients. The joy on their faces after a successful procedure is the most valuable reward for me.
In this area, continuous learning plays a huge role. I constantly study new technologies, techniques and cutting-edge research to improve my skills and provide the best quality care to patients.
Dentistry surgery is not just a profession, it is a way of life. It is a constant pursuit of excellence, caring for people and the art of helping them regain their self-confidence through a healthy smile. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing field that has such a profound impact on people's lives.
