Infatuation and love - what's the difference?
id: 10054063

Love between a man and a woman is a feeling consisting of several parts. You can talk about love for a person (and not for the fruit of your fantasies) only after people know each other’s past and present. Love is when, after the process of getting to know each other, people:

1.feel mutual sexual attraction;

2.admire each other;

3.they want to be with each other all their lives;

4. create joint (common) plans for the future.

Falling in love is temporary, but love is for a very long time (most likely forever)
The main difference between love and infatuation is “timing.”

Falling in love does not last long, it is not able to develop. Often it becomes the first stage of love, but sometimes it simply remains a passing infatuation. Love is a permanent, deep, persistent feeling, but at the same time flexible. True love will survive in any life situations, it can last forever. Falling in love is almost synonymous with passion; someday it will definitely fade away.

Can falling in love develop into true love?
Yes, but this requires work on relationships. You need to learn how to build them. After all, love is like a dance. If you don't know how to dance, you're learning, right? It’s the same in relationships.

What does it mean to learn how to build relationships?

1.Learn to negotiate. You should talk about your interests and desires, and also listen to your partner’s opinion. If each of you sticks to your own line, without trying to compromise, love will quickly fade, and love will never come.

2.Learn to trust.

3.Study the psychology of your partner. A man and a woman see relationships differently. This needs to be known and taken into account.
