All people have memories, mostly good or bad, and nostalgic events they experienced in the past. These events are generally events that we experienced in our childhood and are embedded in our memories. When we remember, we often smile and long for those days. When we remember some events, we regret and feel sad.
I was born in a cute village of about 150-200 houses, nestled against the mountain slopes. In addition to my sweet childhood and school memories, I can never forget two unforgettable memories that still give me chills and sometimes sweat when I think of them.
First, when I was 7-8 years old, on a winter day, I went up to a flat hill on the mountain slope at the top of the village to graze two sheep and a cow in our home pen. Bay
The bird's eye view from here was very beautiful and the animals were grazing. Slowly it started to snow. By the way, it is about 1.5 – 2 cm on me. There is a blanket that is thick and made from sheep wool. It is water and cold impermeable. With the instinct of childhood, I lay down on the snow and fell asleep. When I woke up, I saw that a cow, two sheep and a dog named Karabaş were waiting for me to wake up. However; The surroundings were pitch dark and I could see the faint lights of the gas lamps in the houses in our village, which did not yet have electricity. The back of the hill I'm on is forested. Thinking that a pack of wolves might suddenly attack, I quickly started running towards the village. The animals were running after me. I experienced fear until the moment I entered the village.
My second memory is of going to the secondary school in the nearest district by bicycle after graduating from primary school. 7 km every day. I was commuting on the road by bicycle. In the industrial area close to the city, there were wooden poles on the side of the road carrying a concrete power line and a telephone line. The distance between both is approximately 80 – 90 cm. was in the range. I would pass between these two poles every day at a speed of 20 km, with my hands in my pockets and without holding the steering wheel with my hands. If I hit one of these poles with the slightest imbalance, I will definitely die. But childhood courage I never thought about this issue. These poles were on the side of the road until recently, and every time I drive past there, I remember my childhood and wonder "how was I passing here?" I would ask myself and feel my heart trembling.
At the beginning of my speech, I said longing for the good events of the past. Let's remember our beautiful events, including you and me, and experience these beautiful feelings again. But sometimes we experience such interesting events, right?
