Five reasons to practice yoga

For me, yoga is a process of caring not only for physical health but also for mental well-being. I'll explain more below, but first, some important notes: if you've never tried it, start with a 15-minute workout at least three times a week. You can simply search on YouTube for "15-minute yoga for beginners," choose a video, and start.

And now, why I do this regularly:

1. Yoga will make you healthier, and this is a scientifically proven fact. It increases the body's resistance to seasonal illnesses, improves posture, and relieves muscle pain.
2. Flexibility - your body will thank you as it becomes younger and more flexible.
3. It will make you happier. A study of over 1,500 people who practiced yoga regularly for 2 years showed that people are happier, better aware and live their emotions more fully, helping to cope with stress.
4. Yoga will slow down your aging process at the cellular level according to a 2017 study published in the journal Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity.
5. Regular yoga practice increases libido and satisfaction levels due to regular blood circulation in the pelvic area.
