How to get closer to your child?
id: 10051049

1. Pay attention to what he does. When your baby cries, gestures, or babbles, respond to these actions with hugs, eye contact, or words. This will not only show your baby that you are paying attention to him, but will also help form neural connections in your baby's brain that are responsible for the development of communication and social skills.
2.Play together. By playing with your child, you show him that he is valued and fun to be around. Give him your full attention when you play games together and enjoy seeing the world through your child's eyes. By sharing fun moments with your baby and spending time together, your body will begin to produce endorphins (“feel good hormones”), which will promote a sense of well-being for both you and your baby.
3.Hug your child tightly. Cuddling and skin-to-skin contact with your baby helps you bond in many ways. Your baby will feel comforted by your heartbeat and will even recognize your scent. When your child gets a little older, hugs will help him learn to control his emotions and cope with anxiety. This happens because during hugs, the baby's brain releases oxytocin (responsible for good health) and reduces the release of cortisol (responsible for stress).
4.Talk. By showing interest in what your child has to say, you show him that you care about his thoughts and feelings. This can even start from the first day of his birth. By talking and softly singing a song to your newborn baby, you let him know that you are nearby. When your child makes strange baby noises, respond with words to help him understand the flow of the conversation.
5. Meet your child's needs. Changing a diaper, feeding your baby and rocking him to sleep gives him confidence that his needs will be met, that he is safe and cared for. Taking care of your child and meeting their needs is also a great reminder of your ability to support your child.
And most importantly, enjoy communication with your child, spend a lot of time together and know that your love and your presence in his life are the most important factors in his full development.
