The first thing I appreciate in a man is his ability to be his true self, without hiding his emotions and vulnerabilities. Courage is not about hiding your feelings behind a mask of inflexibility, but about being brave enough to show your true self, even if it means being vulnerable.

In addition, courage for me is associated with respect for and care for the world around us. This could be caring for nature, animals, society, or simply about loved ones. A man who not only thinks about himself, but also about others, about the world we live in, is a true hero in my eyes.
