We use them every day to become happier or just for a great taste and can not imagine living without them - sweets last month I decided to make challenge for myself – not to eat any sweet products, which contain sugar (fruit, nuts and such food is not included in here). I did it to make the body unload and so, become healthier, and also to check my strength of will, because I am a great sweet-tooth.
I thought that it will be very difficult, and it was! I even had dreams seeing cakes, biscuits and sweet water! But I did my best to adhere diet, and, you know, after a week, or little bit more it become much easier to look at all those sweet thigs. So I almost broke that not useful habit! When there were several days left until the end of my challenge I began thinking about how it would be – trying to eat a piece of cake after such a long break… And, you know, when it was the day X and I permitted myself to but it the cake I ate, my favorite one, seemed so sugary, that I couldn’t even eat a full piece. It was a big surprise for me)))
Now I already eat all so lovely sweets, but the difference is that I do not want to eat them all the time, do not buy them every day to teste with tea, and all the amount of eaten sweet products has decreased hugely! So, I think that the experiment was successful and advise everyone to try themselves in such an interesting and useful challendge!!!)))
