Today I decided to share with you my morning routine, which becomes the key to a successful and productive day. Every morning for me starts with a cup of aromatic coffee and a couple of minutes of silence to gather my thoughts and get in a positive mood.☕️.
After that, I prefer to do some physical exercise - it can be morning exercise, jogging or yoga.🧘🏻‍♀️ Physical activity helps me wake up and energize me for the day.
After the workout, it's time for breakfast. I try to make myself something hearty and healthy to support my body with the right nutrients.🥬🥗
But morning for me is not only a time for a physical and nutritional boost, it's also a time for a mental boost. I love reading morning motivational quotes or just enjoying the silence while enjoying the view of the morning sun outside my window.☀️📚
