Maslenitsa is such a wonderful holiday before Lent, which has always evoked especially warm feelings in me. And so, when I was a little girl, our family always cooked pancakes all week! It was a real miracle - the smell of sweet dough, golden pancakes on the plate, and, of course, the moment when everyone gathered at the table and enjoyed this wonderful family dinner mmm yummy
