Very often, we do not notice these good deeds from another person's side and perceive them as a matter of course. In doing so, we deprive those who want to help us or do something good for us of motivation. This mainly applies to people close to us; we perceive everyday actions as the duty of a close person and do not thank them for it. For example, your wife cooked dinner for you. Perhaps for someone, this is usual, and they believe that it should always be like this. Whereas, for another person, it happens very rarely, so such a moment is very important for them, and they indeed feel more gratitude.
In "ordinary" gratitude, there are actually many resources for us and for those we thank. One of the resources is the feeling of satisfaction—with oneself and the surrounding world. This feeling helps us to be happier because it helps to distract from endless hustle and bustle and helps to relax. Moreover, gratitude gives an understanding of value; after all, sometimes it is so important to feel valued among close people. Gratitude is a very good remedy for loneliness. By expressing gratitude, we feel something common among all people in society.
In the daily hustle and bustle, we forget about this simple feeling and forget to be thankful, and thus, we become poorer ourselves. Most often, a person can be filled with anything—resentment, anger, disappointment. People around feel it and subconsciously treat this person accordingly, thus doing exactly what he emanates. It seems like a common feeling of gratitude, but it is one of the most important and influential in our lives.
Sometimes, when a close person who you have a lot of gratitude for leaves, but you no longer have the opportunity to express it. This gratitude is within you and "torments" you from within. In this case, it is worth redirecting this energy to someone who currently needs it more. This is how the continuity from parents to children, who will also become parents to their children, occurs. Thus, there is a turnover of gratitude in the world and society.
By experiencing a feeling of gratitude, let it enter deeply into yourself so that it fills your body and soul. With gratitude, we feel more. This feeling can help you move "up" in any most difficult situation.
Noticing good deeds and thanking for them is a skill that can be developed. It's enough to notice and "thank" at least three people every day for something kind and good that they give you.
If this is difficult for you, you can think and write down five points "What are you grateful for in life." By defining and realizing these definitions, your mood will definitely improve, and you will be able to feel like a happy person. 😇❤️
