If you are lucky and you have always been confident in the approval and support of your parents, in their attention to you as an individual, in their love and desire to develop your talents and abilities, a tactful approach when explaining your mistakes and mistakes, their correction, without using criticism, ridicule and threats, in an atmosphere of emotional stability, then the merit of your parents is that they instilled in you a sense of healthy self-esteem.

Self-esteem is a kind of degree of love and trust in oneself, self-confidence, laid down by the family. At the same time, the more you evaluate yourself, making comparisons with other people, the less self-love and trust you have. Believe in your uniqueness and originality. You can’t compare yourself with others - it’s like comparing different planets, for example, the Moon and Mars. If you don't love and value yourself, you begin to blame others for the pain you experience.
