Flight attendants have a frenzied and completely unpredictable schedule, quite often these are the first (four routes a day), night flights, early turnout and constant change of time zones.
We need regular sports
Flight attendants by profession should be strong and hardy. This means that regular exercise is a prerequisite, otherwise you will not be able to withstand such work!

📍 I personally work out in the gym and go to the pool 🏊 ♀

With my first salary, I bought myself a subscription to a fitness club.

And I try to exercise 2-3 times a week.

⠀Basically, I have my own training program, I rarely attend group classes.⠀

30 minutes on the treadmill

50 in the gym

20 swimming pool followed by relaxation in saunas and bath
