The USA and Europe start and stop daylight savings time on different dates. If you schedule chats between USA and Russia or Ukraine this is very inconvenient. I live on the west coast of continental USA so my normal time shift between the west coast of USA and Ukraine is 10 hours while with Russia it is 11 hours. But since USA and Europe which includes Russia and Ukraine go on and off daylight saving time on different dates things get messy. The dates of the USA and Europe go on and off daylight savings time is summarized by the following table.

Consider this blog a protest to the world please do it worldwide on the same dates. Just think of the international shipping companies UPS and Fedx that has similar problems. Please notify your government representative to request they go on and off daylight savings time worldwide on the same dates.
