Living in America verses living in Ukraine.
The first thing you will notice is everything is huge. The houses , cars , stores, everything !!!!
Now if you live in a major city. You will see a lot of the same types of living your used to.
But mostly in America you will live about 10kms / 7 miles from the grocery store. ( that's the average distance in the US).
You will discover 80% of Americans do not use public transportation. Most drive cars.
The way we shop for groceries is vastly different than your country. We buy groceries on average once a week. Or once every two weeks.
Our expiration dates are a lot longer than your food. The reason for that is the US has the greatest logistics in the world for delivery. It was forced on us because the size of the country.
Our fridges and stoves are double or triple your size. Our ovens heat faster, cook faster than most of European appliances.
Our measurement system is NOT metric.
It's standard measurement system. So you will need to learn that as well. So learn your fractions.
1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and cup. That is a shocker to most Ukrainian and Russian women. It greatly affects your cooking ability. But it's easy to over come this difficulty.
Another shocking thing is clothing measurements are not listed in Europe sizes. So buying clothes you will need to try them on. Same with shoes.
If not living in a major US city. You will notice less density of people.
Every day items names you use might be called different here. Like you say petro we say gas as in gasoline.
Shopping here will shock you. You will be amazed by the mass volume of goods and items. A common store in the US is Walmart . The size of these stores are about 9700 square meters in size. To give you an example.
Another thing you will love but still surprise you is traveling from state to state, coast to coast. You do not need papers, we speak the same language , we use 1 currency, so going any where is so easy.
You can get in your car and just drive any where. From coast to coast, north to south.
When you speak of traveling. You talk about other countries. To see different cultures and sites. You fail to recognize how traveling in this country will expose you to many different cultures, people, and sights more than Europe will.
We have mountains, deserts, islands, Great Lakes , Grand Canyon , places that are thousands of years old, national parks, and so much more.
One of the things I've noticed is how every woman talks about traveling. How they seem to mention the entire world but not exploring the US or any where near there.
The women talk about Asia, Europe, the Middle East or some remote islands.
Imagine if a man moved to your country for you . All he talked about was every where else but your country or even Europe. That he didn't want to discover your country , your history or your culture. Instead he talked about every where else.
How would that make you feel?
A part of anyone is their own country. It's their home, culture, way of life. It's like saying your truly not interested in that person. It is very often perceived as your not truly interested in them as a person. But only as a means of escape from their life. Like the first step on a flight of stairs to them leaving. Or that person is using you as a stepping stone for their freedom. Or they are only going to be half in and half out of the relationship. That the moment a better opportunity comes by they will leave you. For what is perceived as a better deal.
The way you project yourself to others can be rather discouraging to that person.
Communication is vital for success in any relationship.
Expectations are the first step to ending a relationship.
It's rather offensive to everyone.
One must clearly show interest beyond dreams and hopes in a relationship.
If you treat people like they are applying for a job. As well filling out a job application. They will look upon you as cold and uninviting. Yes you can say your passionate , warm , calm and friendly . But you must back those words up through your actions.
I don't care how beautiful , rich , successful a person is. If their communication is cold, offensive , or causal why would anyone clearly want that person in a life time relationship?
Physically beautiful women are every where. They are on every corner of every block. In every club out there. So looks might get you an introduction but that's about it.
Inner beauty is everything! You either have it or you don't !
With me for example I've dated incredible beautiful women. Why are they not with me ? They had no true inner beauty. I couldn't stand them. I've dated models from the US and country of Columbia.
So why am I looking in Ukraine ? I'm looking for a lady who has the same deep family , moral, ethical values as mine!!!!
One of the things all the women have to learn about men. By the age of 25 now men have learned to screen out bad women with bad behaviors or attitudes. That's why we are truly here.
If a man is in doubt about your behavior or the way your acting or by what your truly saying without words. We can look it up on the internet. Doesn't matter what country or age. You will get 5 different scenarios. One of them will clearly define you to him! Good , bad , or indifferent he will know what your not willing to tell him.
So do not speak with a fork tongue. Don't be foolish and play women's mind games with him. Technology today allows great transparency.
Same goes with men as well.
Be who you are. Be who you want and need to be.
Whatever you do ? Do not pretend to be something your not or you will get burned by your own actions.
With a click of a mouse, a delivery service person, or just random other means they will find out the truth about you.
It's amazing how simple it is nowadays.
Honesty is the best policy for building a solid foundation with anyone. Even if your going to hurt their feelings. At least they have the knowledge to adjust and move on.
