Body Language: A person can express his/her problems both by speaking and with his/her body. We can deceive the other person with the sentences we say, but such a thing is never possible with our body. Many experts express the importance of body language by saying that although the tongue tells lies, the body does not.

The four most important benefits of body language are to achieve our goal by creating a positive impact on others, to communicate effectively by understanding others better, to adapt to social environments more quickly by controlling our own body movements, and to understand what others really want to say.

When it comes to human behavior, the question of how they can be put into certain patterns and classes brings to mind Einstein's famous words: Science is our attempt to correspond the chaotic diversity of our emotional experiences to a logically standard system of thought. In this system, individual experiences must correspond to the theoretical structure in such a way that a unique and convincing result emerges.

Sensory experience takes place within the framework of a subject outside the human. However, the theory that will interpret it is the result of a human-made process of adaptation that requires extraordinary effort and painstaking effort: a result based on assumption, never completely certain, and always doomed to be subject to questioning and doubt.

This education teaches us to use our body in the most effective way. In other words, while a person who cannot use body language well is dominated by his body, a person who learns this theory controls his body.
