Let's figure it out. On the one hand, research and experience show that the level of intelligence does not depend on hair color. After all, intelligence is education, experience, analytical abilities and much more. So judging someone's intelligence solely by their hair color would be quite unwise and wrong, wouldn't it?
On the other hand, perhaps someone encountered a blonde who did not exhibit a high level of intelligence, and based on this they made conclusions about all blondes in general. But is it not entirely correct to draw conclusions based on one person?
