Let's talk about how important it is not to lose yourself? I am increasingly faced with such a problem in society as losing myself. Most often, people face this problem experiencing great and prolonged stress, burnout, fatigue and simply ignoring their needs, ignoring body language, which most often warns us that we need to stop, or that we are going the wrong way, or that we need rest. By ignoring this, we are only making things worse, not for anyone, but for ourselves. Alas, people do not understand this, many justify it by saying that they just think that they can just endure it and it will continue to be better, but let's be honest, is it getting better? As for me, no!
I believe that it is important to listen to yourself, your body, to be a team with yourself, because if you go against yourself, then the body will definitely let us know that we are doing this in vain. How often have you heard about psychosomatics and that most of our problems are precisely because of it? I think it's worth thinking about it seriously!!
