That's why I encourage my team to experiment, innovate and find creative solutions. We brainstorm, create creative sessions, and encourage open dialogue to stimulate the flow of ideas.

Another important aspect of my work is empathy. I try to understand the needs and feelings of my employees, support them in difficult situations and create an atmosphere of trust and respect. I listen to their opinions, consider their point of view, and strive to create an environment in which each team member can reach their potential.
