How to find happiness in life?

So what is Happiness?
Many people, scientists and philosophers, have studied this issue. In this article I will not present the results of their conclusions, reasoning or research. I will rely on my own research conducted with hundreds of people and on myself, of course.

And remember, please, I encourage you to doubt everything - in different books, including my words. We need your research, your personal experience right now. If you train, you will understand why I say this.

So, I noticed that there is a certain state that is different from the state of love, which is different from various emotional states such as joy, euphoria, delight, satisfaction and so on. And this state can also be observed with conditionally “negative” emotions. That is, something that is quite difficult to notice, but it seems to be there all the time. Also, I noticed that it appeared earlier in life at certain points, but it did not linger. And since I began to constantly use my attention, even when I still didn’t understand what to call it, this state was constant. Then, because I wasn’t satisfied with myself, I began to research my clients, who came from all over the world to take my classes.

And regardless of gender, age and nationality, these people began to notice about the same thing as me. I excluded the idea of my suggestion, of my influence on these people, since I did not describe this thing or call it anything, and I have a rule - first experience, living the experience, and only then talking about it. But from communication, from observing what was happening during and after training, this became clearly visible. I began to explore how different exercises affect the ability to feel this, and those in which we involved more attention, such as deep observation of attention, this state was observed more often than if these were the simplest exercises. Then I began to complicate the exercises and observe again, and with this complication, more and more people began to feel something faster, an unusual state, but so familiar.

Along with practical research, I communicated with representatives of different movements, from religious to esoteric. And the fact that they spoke in complex language, veiled phrases, words about awareness (not the most understandable word), enlightenment, and at the same time they did not have clear instructions on how to achieve something, I observed in practice among people who did not I prayed, did not do any rituals, but simply performed mental training, the basis of which was the use of attention, but not simple, but wildly complex.

Then, I changed my training towards more complexity and more than 80% of the participants began to find what they were looking for. And most people are looking for that same happiness, it’s as if something else is missing in life, as if something wrong is happening in life, no matter how much money, what health, how much power, where a person lives.
