It would seem that it's time to return to polygamy, but not all men are in a hurry to cut ties with women. They still need them not only to cover their physiological needs, but also for a number of other needs.
Why do men need women in terms of stereotypes?
Women very often say that men need only one thing. It's amazing that everyone has their own "one". They proceed from personal experience, refusing to recognize the destructiveness of their choice. One connected her life with Alphonse, the other decided to become a lifeguard for an emergency man, the third became an object for physical intimacy without logical consequences.
The most popular ones are for physical intimacy, to wash, cook and clean, to sit on her neck, to receive other benefits. There are others, but all of them somehow rest on the above. The key word in the formulations of women is only. Men only need physical intimacy. Only money. Only washing, cooking, cleaning. Etc.
Only men can love in a broad sense. Not all. It is even more correct to say not many. But from the point of view of psychology, given the entire history of human existence, this is so. You can try to go against nature as much as you like, but every representative of the fairer sex is a potential mother and even theoretically often finds herself in a vulnerable position. Social guarantees will not allow you to starve to death, but how can you live without presence, support and basic help?

From this point of view, men do not need women at all. You can wash and cook on your own. It's not that tasty, but who says it's a basic need? Physical intimacy has never been a shortage, if there is money, then the problem has already been solved. Pregnancy does not threaten representatives of the stronger sex, you will not have to sit on maternity leave, you do not need to take care of a helpless little person.
No relationship - no problem, many will say. Resources, in the broadest sense of the word, are not needed by men.
