Have you ever thought that for you doctors = veterinarians? I think about this often, especially when I have to explain to people what I do and they say, “Oh, so you’re an animal technician!” I wonder if you think so too?

My opinion is that veterinarians are, of course, like doctors, because we treat and help animals just like doctors do people. But at the same time, we have our own characteristics and specialization. We treat not people, but animals. This is despite the fact that we study similar things, such as anatomy and medical procedures.
