Summer is getting closer on the horizon every day, which means it's time to get ready for bright and sunny days by the pool or on the beach.
First, healthy eating is key. I try to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and greens to keep my body in good shape. It is also important to drink plenty of water and avoid fatty and overly sweet foods.
Secondly, regular workouts will help tighten your figure and give it elasticity. I prefer to combine running and walking.
I really miss summer, the beach and the feeling of sand sticking to my feet.
