singlehood: why i don't choose it
id: 10055311

One of the biggest issues single women encounter is the societal stigma attached to being unattached. It seems like everywhere you turn, there's an expectation to be in a relationship, as if our worth is tied to our relationship status. This pressure can be overwhelming, but it's essential to remember that your value is intrinsic and not dependent on a partner. I was raised in Odesa, and classic Ukrainian family always reminded me: you need a man, Olga. You need kids. I was very stubborn in past but now I see what I want. Yes, I am ready for love!
Let's face it—loneliness can be tough. Watching friends and family in relationships can sometimes make us feel left out or isolated. However, it's important to turn this feeling into an opportunity. Use this time to cultivate deep and meaningful friendships, explore new hobbies, and invest in your personal growth.
Being single often means managing finances on your own. While this can be daunting, it also offers a unique opportunity to become financially savvy and independent. Take control of your finances by budgeting, saving, and investing. Financial independence is empowering and can provide a sense of security and freedom.
Also, it gave me time to develop and learn! I have become a totally new person: smarter, active, interesting. And now I am not scared to start a new life with a new man!
