Today I want to talk about why I choose natural beauty and naturalness.

For me, natural beauty is harmony with yourself and the world around you. I believe that true beauty comes from within when we are happy and confident.

I prefer minimalism in skin and hair care using natural products. Simple products like oils, honey and herbal extracts help me stay healthy and fresh without unnecessary chemicals.

Naturalness also shows in my lifestyle. I try to eat healthy and organic, exercise and spend more time outdoors. It helps me feel energetic and happy.

Natural beauty is also about accepting myself as I am. I don't strive for ideals imposed by fashion, and I don't wear a lot of makeup. My goal is to be the best version of myself while maintaining my uniqueness.

I believe that naturalness and simplicity make us beautiful and attractive. True beauty is inner harmony and self-love.
