What is mental health?
According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO), mental health is a state of mind that allows a person to realize his full potential, work productively, and cope with ordinary life difficulties.
There are seven ways to improve your mental health:
-Maintain healthy relationships, because loneliness is an epidemic in the modern world,
-Use social networks wisely,
-Do sports
-Ensure yourself a healthy sleep,
-Spend at least two hours a week in nature,
-Learn new things
-Practice gratitude.
I have my own four components that help me keep my mental health in good shape:
- maintaining a sleep schedule
- constant physical activity
- proper nutrition
- hobby
