I cook a lot and like to try food that is not always healthy🍱🍕 but I decided that I need to adhere to a healthier lifestyle in nutrition too💖 and highlighted a few basic tips, maybe they will be useful for someone🥰

Diversify your diet:
Include a variety of foods in your diet: vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. This will provide you with all the nutrients you need.

Moderation in sugar and salt consumption:
Reduce your intake of added sugar and salt. Avoid carbonated drinks and fast carbohydrates.

The right fats:
Choose natural sources of healthy fats such as olive oil, avocados, nuts and fish.

Protein and vitamins:
Make sure your diet contains enough protein (meat, fish, eggs, legumes) and vitamins (especially vitamins A, C and D).

Correct portions:
Watch your portion sizes. We often overeat due to large portions.

Drink enough water:
Water is important for metabolism and overall health. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Cook at home:
Cooking at home allows you to control the ingredients and quality of the food.
