1. Working with a Psychologist
One of the most important steps I took was starting to work with a psychologist. This helped me better understand myself, my emotions, and how to handle difficult situations. I learned not to fear expressing my feelings and to be more open. Psychological sessions have become a vital part of my journey towards harmony and inner balance.

I completely revamped my diet and established healthy eating habits. This not only improved my physical well-being but also gave me more energy for daily activities.
