I want to share with you my story about how sports became an integral part of my life. Since childhood, I have been very active, it’s difficult to call me a homebody) so I spent most of my time outside. My parents couldn’t take me home) and in order to somehow moderate my ardor, they sent me to gymnastics. I loved it and did it right until I graduated from high school. After entering university, I discovered the gym, where I still spend most of my free time. 💪
Honestly, sports for adults is not just about going to the gym. You can choose any physical activity. For example running, swimming, cycling and much more. This is exactly what I do. If you still don't play sports, then allow yourself to do what you loved as a child, but could not play this sport for other reasons. It's never too late.
In sports there is the concept of sports to achieve goals and for health, so if you don’t need professional success, then do it to maintain your health) The main thing is to find a competent specialist. Also, if you have pain, sports can also help you with that.
I also realized that working out has become a kind of ritual for me that helps me cope with stress and maintain balance. Sports taught me to set goals and achieve them despite difficulties.
