How the brain controls your body

Imagine constantly having a headache. Initially, you might think it's just fatigue or work stress. But if the headache persists for weeks or months, despite trying numerous medications, something else might be at play. Perhaps the root cause lies within your internal state.

There's a concept known as autoimmune diseases, where the body's immune system begins attacking its own cells and tissues. It's as if it rebels and confuses "self" with "non-self." Why does this happen? It turns out that stress and negative emotions play a crucial role.

Here are a few examples of autoimmune conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, psoriasis, Crohn's disease... Quite unpleasant conditions, wouldn't you agree? And the primary cause, again, often lies in your psyche.

You see, your brain is like the headquarters issuing commands to your entire body. When a person experiences chronic stress, specific chemical processes occur in the brain. These processes trigger inflammation and disrupt the immune system's balance. As a result, the body begins attacking itself.

Scientists have long proven the connection between depression, anxiety, resentment, anger - and various physical illnesses. Understand that your body isn't a machine that operates independently of your inner world. All organs and systems are closely interconnected. If there's turmoil within, it will inevitably manifest in your body.

Therefore, don't underestimate the power of your psyche. Your body isn't just a biological mechanism. It delicately responds to everything happening inside you. So, if you want to be healthy, you need to first heal your mind and rid yourself of destructive emotions. Only then can you truly heal your body. ❤️
