Problems with the beach or how not to be modest?

Just imagine: warmth, sun, river, excellent... All conditions for simply enjoying life. And many close themselves in their cocoons, ashamed of themselves and others. I don't understand why this is? We are not forever young, we need to enjoy every moment. Have you ever thought about this? Why are so many people afraid to show their true beauty and self-confidence? I think it has to do with stereotypes and public opinion. But in reality, we all want freedom and ease. Personally, I think modesty on the beach is a waste of time. You must boldly show who you are. Is not it? 😉 We are all different, but that is our beauty.
