In moments when it seems that you have no more strength, it is very important to have people who will support you. Family, friends, even strangers who understand you and your feelings can be the ones who help you through the darkest times. Mutual support is what keeps me going.

Keeping busy helps to distract from negative thoughts and focus on specific tasks. Work, hobbies, volunteering - all this can be a lifeline. Creativity also has a huge healing power. I'm a photographer and a simple camera really allows me to visit another world where there is peace.
