Cardio: I love running outdoors or using the elliptical trainer. It helps keep my heart and lungs in good shape and burns extra calories.
Yoga and Stretching: Yoga helps me relax, improve flexibility, and maintain mental health. Stretching after workouts is a must to help prevent injuries.
Active Hobbies: Swimming, dancing, cycling are not only healthy, but also a lot of fun!

Beautiful skin is the result of care and regular care:
Cleansing: I always thoroughly cleanse my skin in the morning and evening to remove makeup and impurities.
Moisturizing: A light moisturizer is a must-have. It is important to choose a product that suits your skin type.
Sun protection: SPF is not just for the beach. I use sunscreen every day to prevent premature aging of the skin.
4. Mental Health
Beauty comes from within, and it is important to take care of your mental state:
Rest and sleep: Good sleep is the key to health and beauty. I try to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day.
