Thank you for your blog post. As a mature man. I have ask the same questions about Women. I have a lot of time in the Former Soviet Union. I have a former wife that is Ukrainian. I have lived on and off in The Former Soviet Union for over 10 Years.
My thoughts are men under 50 are somewhat Stupid . They are very insecure and have the mentality and attention span of a 8 Year Old. Many men here think that writing is good enough and we being adults no this is not a good way of thinking. Some, just don't get it. That is the fact that you have to travel and meet you're lady. You have to have a will to make it happen. Writing is one thing. It is words not actions . Actions make the world go around and what makes you're life go smooth. Without actions it causes problems and not good problems..
Another thing that causes problems is the lack of proper attention. I am a Mature 67 Year old man. It has taken me many years to understand that you have to put your Lady on the top of the list. She must be a priority. She has to be number one, she comes before anyone or anything.
Many men here have no idea of the cost of coming there is. Paying for the Flight. Hotel room. Gifts for your Lady and family. Living and eating after you get there. Taxi and bus fare, it just is not as cheap as it use to be. You the lady wants them to come to you to get you're Family's approval. They see it as a long and expensive undertaking. Other Countries are a very good option. The down side is you have to have a plane ticket also. How well do you really know this man ? Men how well do you really know this woman ? Chances are you really don't know what you have to know. Will he be buying two rooms ? Until you feel comfortable I suggest that you do just that. Please don't fall totally in love with a photo. Pure disaster if you do. Total failure is sure to follow.
I am a man that has some opinions on many things. Do I know everything ? No I sure don't. Do I know a lot of things ? Yes I do.. If and when you do go, make the best of it and live with the choice you made. Make it happen and be happy..
