1. Divide and conquer
When you have a big task ahead of you, its size can be intimidating and lead to procrastination. To avoid this, divide the task into smaller parts. Each small step will seem less intimidating and easier to complete.
2. The Tomato Method.
This method is to work in short but intense intervals. Set a timer for 25 minutes and concentrate on one task for the entire time. After 25 minutes, take a short 5-minute break. Repeat this cycle 4 times and then take a longer break of 15-30 minutes
3. Create a motivating environment
The environment has a big impact on our productivity. Try to make your workplace as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Get rid of unnecessary distractions
