Have you ever used the services of realtors?

I had a very terrible situation, I was deceived... can you imagine?
It was not so long ago, my friend was looking through me for a space for a beauty salon. And we found one room that suited her in all respects.
Then we began to conclude an agreement between this realtor who was assigned to this building.
After all the paperwork was done, we started renovating that building.

2 weeks passed, and the owner of this building arrived there, he rolled his eyes at my friend and I, and he was in shock...
He began to be shocked and ask WHO ARE YOU??? WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?

We stood scared... we didn’t know what was happening. Then we realized that we had been deceived, cruelly...
And now I don’t know where to look for the truth. Is it worth looking for those people? Who leased this to us then?
I don’t know what to do next... maybe you have some ideas?
