When I first stepped on the yoga mat, I didn't expect it to become one of the most important parts of my life. 🌿 At first it seemed like just a set of exercises, but very soon I realized that yoga is something more. This is the way to yourself, to your thoughts and feelings.

Every morning when I wake up, I happily go to my morning practice. ☀️ The soft light of dawn, silence and fresh air create the ideal atmosphere for classes. I start with deep breaths and exhalations, feeling my body awaken and fill with energy.

My favorite pose is upward-facing dog. 🐶 I can’t help but smile, imagining myself in the image of this graceful dog reaching for the sun. Moving from one asana to another, I feel the tension go away and my thoughts become clearer.

Yoga taught me to accept myself and my limitations. She reminds me that perfect people do not exist, but that it is important to be the best version of yourself. 🙏 Every time I manage to perform a difficult pose, I feel like I have overcome my fears and doubts.

After class I always feel refreshed, ready for the new day and its challenges. 🌸 Yoga has become my personal source of strength and inspiration. And even though sometimes my poses look awkward, the main thing is the feeling of harmony and joy that it gives.
