When I first started to understand my place in the world, when I turned 30, it was important to me to look perfect every day. I drowned myself in layers of foundation, blush and mascara, believing that this was the only way I could be confident. But over time, I began to notice that my true beauty is not what is hidden under layers of makeup, but what I show by being myself.

Yes, makeup can be magical, and it definitely has its place. But when I met a mature man who preferred me without makeup, I was amazed. He said that he liked to see my real skin, to feel my naturalness, and not tons of makeup. This got me thinking: perhaps we ourselves are over-exaggerating the importance of makeup in our lives? It's a pity that nothing worked out with him.

Here are a few reasons why men often prefer the natural look in my opinion: (Men, am I right?)

1. Authenticity: Without makeup, we show our true personality. This is a moment of honesty and openness that many men appreciate.
2. Simplicity: Men often find natural beauty to be more simple and relaxed. They see us as we are, without complex images.
3. Feeling comfortable: When we don't bother with makeup, we feel more confident and relaxed, which makes us more attractive.

Personally, I have found that not wearing makeup gives me more confidence. I began to worry less about how I looked and focused more on being authentic and open. And yes, I still wear makeup when I feel like it, but now I understand that real beauty is being yourself, not living up to other people's expectations.

So, my dears, try to leave makeup aside sometimes. Open yourself to the world as you are. Believe me, this could be the start of something amazing, both for yourself and for those around you. Show yourself to men without makeup, the result will surprise you. Do men agree?
