🥗Today I want to share with you my favorite summer salad recipe. Summer is the time when the market is full of fresh and juicy vegetables and fruits, and I try to use them as much as possible. This salad is not only healthy, but also very tasty, and its preparation will not take you much time.
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
2 cups of baby spinach
1/4 cup toasted almond flakes
1/4 cup feta or goat cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly.
Prepare the dressing.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Top with toasted almond flakes and crumbled feta or goat cheese.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed and soaked in the dressing.
The salad is ready! Serve it immediately to enjoy the freshness and aroma of summer ingredients.
