A promise is a kind of agreement, a basis for trust, and when it is not fulfilled, a feeling of disappointment and mistrust arises. But why does this happen?

Sometimes men can make promises in a fit of emotion or a desire to please, but later they face the reality that they cannot fulfill their plans. The question is, can we, women, somehow influence this? Perhaps it is the expectations we place on them? It happens that we ourselves push them to promises that they are not able to keep.

But should we blame only men for this? Probably not. Relationships are always the work of two. Maybe we, women, should learn to better understand our partners, not push them to promises that may be beyond their capabilities. And men, in turn, need to be more conscious and responsible in their words. After all, trust is the basis of any relationship.
