How inspiring it is to see our native Ukraine shine at the Olympic Games! Every time our athletes stand on the podium, our hearts skip a beat with pride. Their fortitude, incredible dedication and commitment are an example for each of us. Three gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze medals are a great achievement for a country at war.
Every result achieved, be it gold, silver or bronze, is a victory not only for the athlete, but for the entire country. This is proof that despite all the difficulties and challenges, Ukraine is capable of great achievements.
It is especially touching to see our athletes raise the Ukrainian flag on the international stage. This moment will forever remain in our memories and hearts. The Olympic Games are not just competitions, they are a symbol of how we can overcome any obstacles and prove that nothing is impossible for us.
Ukraine has once again shown the world that our athletes are real heroes, and I am immensely proud of that.
