Sometimes I get asked, "Is it really possible to look so young at 57?" And you know, the answer is simple - yes, it is! Genetics, sports, yoga, meditation, proper nutrition, and, of course, completely giving up alcohol and cigarettes - that's what helps me feel great and look younger than my years.
Many people don't believe that age can be so deceiving, but I believe that each of us is capable of taking control of our lives and becoming the best version of ourselves. Physical activity, be it sports or yoga, helps keep the body in good shape. Meditation is the key to inner peace and harmony, which, in turn, is reflected in the appearance. Proper nutrition is the basis of everything: more vegetables, fruits, healthy fats and proteins, less sugar and processed foods.
Alcohol is the enemy of youth, so "no" to it and "yes" to pure water and coffee (in moderation, of course). Water moisturizes the skin and removes toxins, and coffee gives energy and stimulates brain activity.
My advice is simple, but it works. It doesn't matter how old you are - it matters how you take care of yourself. Take this as a guide to action and start with small steps. You will be surprised how it will change your well-being and appearance.
So, don't ask how old I am - just listen to my advice and start taking care of yourself today.
