I thought about why problems sometimes seem much bigger to us than they actually are

Maybe problems become bigger because of our emotional reaction to them? When we face difficulties, our imagination begins to draw the darkest scenarios. We start thinking about how everything could go wrong, and this only makes the situation worse. Sometimes it’s enough to just stop and rethink the problem to see that it’s not so insurmountable.

It’s interesting how often we ourselves create a mountain out of a molehill. Sometimes it’s enough to just approach the problem from a different angle, look at it more objectively, and it becomes much less threatening. Perhaps it is part of human nature to worry excessively and exaggerate difficulties.

And yet, each of us faces difficulties that may seem insurmountable. But it is important to remember that every problem has a solution, and sometimes we just need to change our perspective on it. Understanding and accepting that many problems are not as scary as we imagine them to be can be the first step to solving them.
