Yes from July Ukrainians can go to Europe without visa BUT if they have biometrical passport, booked and paid hotel for their staing, booked tickets for two sides and minimum 50 euro in bank account for EACH day of their staying.
Second and most important, USA, Australia, England, Canada is NOT Europe and rules to enter these countries stay totally same!!! No any changes. So i hope you know that Spain its not state of USA.

This news doesn't mean you should lose your man's qualities and sit at home. Waiting for miracle.
Unfortunately, more than 50% of men here are like princesses but NOT a mature men. They speak much sweet words , but treat woman very superficially.

So, MEN - this news should not change your attitude to women. Al lis the same for you. Your country has epochal requirwemnrts. Check it .

Women - don't listen to men who avoid visiting you. They will neglect you in real life and you will be alone even in the bed and in life. Just think why man dont want to visit you in your home city? And maybe men can answer better on this question??
