I have a habit tracker on my wall where I track all types of physical activity: from walks to evening stretches and yoga classes. Some days I happily tick off a few boxes, and on others I completely forget about training. When work takes up all my time, sports often fade into the background. But as soon as the stress goes away, I get back to my activities and try to become better.
I realized that I'm not interested in records or extreme challenges, such as doing the splits in a month or holding the plank for 100 days. The main thing for me is to enjoy the process and find joy in movement.
