Why i gave up makeup in favor of natural beauty
id: 10043516

Giving up makeup is first of all a step towards accepting yourself as you are. I realized that masking flaws and emphasizing advantages with the help of cosmetics is not the way I want to go. Natural facial features, wrinkles, freckles - all this makes me unique. After learning to love my true appearance, I felt an inner comfort and confidence that does not depend on what is painted on my face.
Makeup, especially if you apply it every day, can negatively affect the condition of the skin. Clogged pores, irritation, allergic reactions are just some of the problems I faced. After giving up makeup, I noticed that my skin became healthier, less prone to breakouts and redness. I no longer feel the need to hide my flaws, because there are simply fewer of them.
Daily makeup takes a lot of time, especially if you strive to make it perfect. Giving up makeup allowed me to save that time and use it for something more important. Now I can spend more time on my morning rituals, reading or just enjoying the peace. It also takes the stress out of having to look "perfect" all the time.
Today, more and more women are abandoning traditional standards of beauty in favor of naturalness. I want to be a part of this movement that supports the idea that we are beautiful just the way we are, without the need to change or hide anything. It is also a way to demonstrate that self-confidence does not depend on external attributes, but comes from within.
After giving up makeup, I noticed that it affected my surroundings. People began to perceive me not by my appearance, but by my inner qualities. It helped strengthen the relationship and make it more real. I also received a lot of support from relatives and friends who saw courage and strength in my choice.
Giving up makeup was an important step for me on the way to accepting myself and my body. This decision brought me freedom, comfort and self-confidence that I could not enjoy before. I want to inspire other women to love themselves for who they are and not be afraid to show their true beauty to the world. After all, each of us is unique and beautiful, and this beauty does not need to be disguised.
